    I agree Dick, if you use the Weldwood contact cement it's on for better or worse. I used it on my 67 convertible top when I pulled the sides around to glue and wow, glad I got it right the first time.

      I actually worked at General Tire and Rubber / Plastics division. I worked on all the fiberglass parts. We used contact cement at the factory. It was kinda yellowish brown when we put it on. But they shouldn't count off cause that was what was used.
