The green 71 was at Stadium Auto Body in Brighton MA. in the late 70's they did all the police towing at the time I remember that the crash was on Storrow Drive in Boston.

I used to work just down the street from Stadium Auto Body in the late 60's and 70's and we used to go down there occassionally to see all the wrecks. Lots of Corvettes and muscle cars laid to rest there. There was no shortage of real bad ones back then.
Like me I'm sure you remember the violent accidents that took place on Storrow and Memorial Drives many of which involved drag racing.
Brings back many memories.

Seems like some things will never change. This beauty is on contemporary corvette's "Wreck of the Week" section. I have been to their yard, its a sad sight to see, an ocean of wrecked vettes

That wreck happened about 5 miles from me. If I remember correctly, the car was only a couple or three years old.
