The below list of known pilot cars is from 2006 with the exception of #9 which was added last year. I know the #15 has sold a time or two since 2006.

I have a note from Franz that says: two ZO6 pilotline coupe's were built one was the Hooper Riverside Daytona blue/blue, the other was silver.

Thanks Deb, I am curious if your model (or others) had anything "non-typical" that may have resulted from pilot build. Typically the pilot build should be smooth, but then again, it is the time to catch any last open issues.
Is it also assumed that the missing VIN #'s in the sequence are potentially out there somewhere? Thanks again for sharing!

Doug Hooper, the guy that drove the Daytone blue pilot line Z06 at Riverside, Ca in 62, told me decades ago that he remembered that there was a #10 on one of the trim or VIN plates. He didn't remember which, though, so that could have been the body number.

Doug Hooper at the wheel of Micky Thompson's #3 Corvette. I think this picture was taken during the Continental race or practice in Daytona 1963 but I am not sure.
