      Thank you Gary.
Was there also a # 5642125? What was that?

David, #5642125 is also in Group 3.107. It says 1956-62 (EXC. 24 GAL. Tank).

David, 151878 was superceded by 5642125 on 6/1/62. The 1st P&A I checked was dated prior to that. Gary....

56-61 sending units had fitting to coupler to fitting for metal line down to frame, 62 had flared end for rubber coupler. In other words, 56-61 line to frame was all metal, 62 nad a rubber hose between. That could be the difference--Joe may know better.

OK, so my car being a Nov. '61 build date would have had the earlier 1518785 sending unit. But both would work, and it would have the rubber connector from the sending unit metal line to the metal line on the frame. Sound right?

Thanks Erich, That makes sense. His description heading says '62 but his description detail says '63. I dont think he knows what he has.
