I liked the 1966 Mosport green coupe. It was gorgeous.

Re: Vote for yer favorite vette at the nationals
Hi,
Is this the Fawn 62 Brian mentioned? I don't know my 62 colors very well.
This car made me stop every time I walked by it! It was a 'beaut'!

Re: Vote for yer favorite vette at the nationals
Neat story with this car (Fawn '62)...when the current owner purchased it, he brought it to a local chapter meet on LI for it's first time out since the purchase. I just happened to be the team leader of the class for the day and when I introduced myself, he said...wait a minute...I think you judged this car years ago...and he pulled out the judging sheets from a MAC Labor Day on the Farm Chapter Meet from the mid/late 90's...I remember the car very well...owner was a gentleman named Curt Gifford...was getting on in years then and DROVE the car, which was pretty much unrestored to many events around the country...I believe Curt has now passed on and the current owner purchased it from family members...(might stand corrected on that)...Curt was a real southern gentleman and I always enjoyed his company...
I did a photo shoot of the car for The Restorer at the last Marlboro Regional and now await the story from the owner.- Top
