    Rear wheel bearings (71')

I am trying to find the best source for Timken bearings and possibly the actual bearing numbers (Timken reference numbers) for the rear wheel of a 71'.
Also, in regard to the AC drier/accumuletor. Mine is original and I'd like to know if these need to be replaced or serviced. I'd like to address any weak points before I charge the system. Thanks in advance, Mike

I have the USA bearings if you can't find them. Watch out for imported bearings. You can use them if you like but I only use the USA bearings.
The bearing numbers on yours are the same for Timken. The originals were NDH bearings, long gone these days.

If the A/C system has been open, you most definitely need to replace the drier. I like to evacuate the system overnight to remove all the moisture, yes I know that the books tell you an hour or so, but 12-18 hours is a lot better.

Timken bearings are sold by Auto Zone for your 71 Corvette.
