    '67 doors differ for both coupes and convertibles. For '67 the door lock knob was moved forward from the upper rear corner. Closer to the mid point of the length of the door. I think this was an attempt at theft deterrence.

      Thanks Dan, I was not thinking of the interior, but if I had, I would have known about the different lock location.
