'61 Front License Bumperette Bolts

I have a set of '61 Front License Bumperette Bolts from Paragon and one from Corvette Central. Paragon each bolt is stamped with a letter and the spacer is sort of black. Corvette Central only some of bolts have letters and the spacers are shiny like the bolts. Which one would be correct?

What letters on the bolt heads?

Seems odd the CC kit has a mix of bolt heads. IMO I'd trust Paragon more.

CC: there is only one size (4) 1 1/2" with WB 1C. Nothing on the rest.

Par: same bolt is 1 3/4", but only (2) with WB; (4) 1 1/4" with WB; (2) 2 3/4 with TR; (6) 3/4" with TR.

For 61-62, Original bolts that are visible with the assembly mounted are WB, NOT WB1C. Rear bolts (Hard to see when mounted) generally only have the hardening markings without a TR or any other ID mark in the center.
