Hey Dan Is it possible to "disassemble" the pass. bracket/switch & "reassemble" it so it will look/resemble the Vette bracket/switch?

Hey Dan or anybody: I bought a park light jewel off ebay that does not have the bulb "socket." Can you recommend a substitute bulb socket that will work?

Huh? Passenger car did not have the brake jewel. Which part on the cars were you thinking of that would provide the correct socket?

57 Pass. cars did have a parking brake jewel that mounted on a sep. bracket that mounted under the dash. I was hoping to find a late model socket at a local parts store that could be used instead of the original socket that went with the jewel.

                  Dan,
When I finally got around to installing the e-brake warning light I ran into the same problem with the bracket.
With it installed the emergency brake can not be released as the small stop piece hits the bracket.
Oh well, no e-brake warning light.
