        Rick --- my opinion. Valid per Jack H's type 3 and 4 (ie, no break-away tab). But shouldn't there also be a dab of black dum-dum under the screw, to aid in preventing loosening of the same ?

            My 67 does not have any tab and I am pretty sure it's original..
