    I agree with FOX news. The guy filming just happened to be driving along side the Bugatti AND recording at the time of the accident? No pelican visible in the video? And then leaving it running in the water. And the guy deals in cars and should know better. Something's not right.

    How could the owner benefit from destroying that car? Maybe insurance?

    We'll probably never know.

    Just my 2 cents.
