Some of the hotels also will let you wash the car there, I am sure there are car washes somewhere in the area, but in 50 some odd trips to Carlisle ( I go to Spring an Fall sometimes) I have never seen one.

Since some of you mentioned the Fun field I have a question. Is there a place on or off the field that you can wash a car. I'm traveling from Long Island and am sure that the ride will be dirty when we get there and I'd like to give it a bath if possible.

if you go the back way I described there is a car wash on the right hand side 2-3 miles before gate 3.

Henry, Gate 3 is the correct gate for the Fun Field. Looks like you already have good directions.

Mechanicsburg thats the back way from the east. I take 944 to 313 (I think thats the #) and NEVER NEVER SIT IN TRAFFIC. you can park right by gate 2 or 3.

It looks like the Wingate is @ exit 236 on 76. Would it be out of the way for us to try and catch the way you come in on 944? Also I couldn't find 313, is that also 34? By Google Maps it has us coming into the fairgrounds from the South. From the Wingate, I-76 to US11 (exit 226) to Rt34/Spring Rd to EI St to Bryn Mawr Rd. I'm assuming that is the way most will come in on and be the most traffic, is that probably right? So maybe if we come in from the North it may be better? Thanks!
