Re: Carlisle Traffic Question
Yep, traffic is a mess going in. We go in super early in the morning. Around 6:00am. No problems then. I would rather wait around inside the fairgrounds for the day to get going than sit out in traffic.Tom Hendricks

Re: Carlisle Traffic Question
Anyone staying at the Wingate in Mechanicsburg? Is that a pretty straight shot to the fairgrounds or (Paul) should we try the backroads? We live in Illinois so we know cornfields. Hope to see a bunch of you guys there.- Top

Re: Carlisle Traffic Question
Thanks Rich, we need to go to gate 3 to pick up our Funfield sticker. Not sue if that's the gate we go in for the Finfield but hope so. What did you say you'll be dragging around looking for bolts? I'll keep my eyes peeled for you. Good luck.- Top

Re: Carlisle Traffic Question
7:30 DW??? I highly suggest that on Fri and Sat you be on Rt 11 heading toward the fairground at 6:15-6:20AM Remember it's only a two lane road from the PA turnpike except for a very short stretch near the new townhouses. JD- Top

Re: Carlisle Traffic Question
Henry, Gate 3 is the correct gate for the Fun Field. Looks like you already have good directions.- Top

Re: Carlisle Traffic Question
Since some of you mentioned the Fun field I have a question. Is there a place on or off the field that you can wash a car. I'm traveling from Long Island and am sure that the ride will be dirty when we get there and I'd like to give it a bath if possible.- Top
