I have been looking for spray can of semi-gloss paint but all the stores seem to only have semi-flat. Are these interchangeable?

Re: Paint
Hi Nick,
I think to some degree they are interchangeable.
I find that the way the paint is sprayed (wet or dry) can have a surprising affect on the degree of glossiness from the same can. So you can suit what you're looking for.
If you're asking about black, I believe Quanta Products (in THE DRIVELINE) has 5 degrees of gloss.

Re: Paint
Depends on what you are painting, what are you doing? If its the old Krylon Semi flat black #1613 I can send you some if needed. Its not readilly available in consumer lines any more but I can still get it.

Wet vs. dry spraying
David,
The degree of gloss that you can get from, say, a can of Rustoleum semi-gloss black varies greatly depending on whether you dust it on with light coats (dry) or spray a lot until it almost runs (wet). Spraying until it almost runs (it will look wet) will increase the final glossiness.
