Joe,
Can you supply the turn signal switch part numbers for standard and tilt & telescoping steering columns (1969 through 1982). I will try and sort out which switches did what.

1977-79-----GM #1997988

Each of the above superceded the prior part number for SERVICE and the GM #1997988 remains available to this day to SERVICE all 69-79 standard columns.

tilt/tele column

1969-76----GM #1997950

1977-E79----GM #1997983

L1979-82----GM #1997984

GM #1997950 was discontinued from SERVICE in September, 1977 and replaced by GM #1893584. The latter part was discontinued without supercession in July, 1999.

GM #1997983 was discontinued from SERVICE in July, 1994 and replaced by GM #1997988 (yes, the same switch as used for 1977-79 standard column applications).
