    1964 distributor ID band

I am trying to decipher the aluminum band on a distributor I removed from my 64. The band is red and it reads:
    1111069 DELCO REMY 0 J 13.
My car is a365hp. It has the 236 vacuum unit attached.
It looks like this distributor was only used on 64 and 65 Corvettes only.
    Shouldn't the 0 be a 4?
    Thanks for any help

Service replacement from 1970 very likely.

Gene, I read that 1111069 is a second design distributor and correct for 64 + 65 corvette 365 hp. Steve

Gene -- definitely a service job, as Bill says. I ordered a 1111069 [with the 236 vac can] from local Chev dealer in 1980, the tag reads 0_D_23; mine is probably even 1980, as there's a hole for the nylon thrust button opposite the tach drive gear, which first appeared on the cast iron housing sometime in the summer of 1970.
