I'll ditto what John says about EOS. I've assembled dozens of motors and used EOS on every one. No failures yet! Also, generously used moly on the camshaft and lifters.
Redline is a great company with many good products. I'll wait for some testimonials and analysis by some people who understand those products from the chemical compositioin.
EOS works. Tried and proven.

The efficacy of the original EOS is pretty well proven. Are the above EOS testimonials referring to the old formulation? Does this also apply to the new, reduced zinc/phosphate formulation (designed not to foul the catalytic converters in newer cars)?

Here's some additional info.
In the following thread, we have it on good authority that GM says it's the same formulation.
