My mistake, If you count core support #4 is at the front of rear wheel on a 63. Lift the carpet flap, apply small amount of heat to the bolt and melt some candle wax into the threads. Try to wedge the nut inside the cage and have someone turn the bolt and see if it breaks loose.
Worse case you can cut the cage and hold the nut, then replace the mount if everything goes well. I know it's a tough job but better this mount than the one I was thinking about.
