Your Gates jobber should be able to to come up with that number, but it should be a 7325

The Gates 7312 is 31" in length. I don't think that will work for this application. Basically, except for reproduction, there is no exact match for the original GM belt.

For non C-60 applications with N-40, the exact length belt is necessary. However, for with C-60 applications , the idler pulley provides a slight amount of adjustment. I still don't think that a 31" belt will work, though. A 32" or 33" belt might work, though.

That's the original length. However, I expect that the Paragon belt is a reproduction and not a standard, current-manufacture belt.

All original belts for pre-73 Corvettes were wrapped style belts. There are NONE of that type available from GM and there have not been for a LOT of years. As far as replacement style, CUT belts, there are a few still available. The fan/generator belt for LS-5 with C-60, GM #9433761, is still available and the power steering belt for LS-5 with C-60 and N-40, GM #9433725, is still available. That's it.
