If so in the case of a standard trim car (STD.) this info doesn't seem to be provided.
Perhaps it may be part of the St. Louis body code (S____)?
    Any insight would be appreciated.
    Thanks
Doug, I have never seen any ECL's after STD trim. There may be some that I am not aware of. I don't remember it being addressed in a any publication either. I think implied in that would be a basic 4 speed SB or BB no ECL options.

There is no info in the body number other than the obvious. John Hinkley may know more about that question. He is full of knowledge on these.

      Jerry -

The "STD" interior code on a St. Louis body just indicated a black vinyl interior, and never had any ECL coding; a car with the "STD" interior code could have had any combination of options. Black leather (402) always had an "AA" ECL, and they could also have any combination of options. Any trim color other than black carried ECL coding for options, which can be decoded using the "Trim Tag Book". A.O. Smith didn't put ECL's on their trim tags.

Thanks John, that's the information I was looking for although not the positive outcome I was hoping for. (Just trying to get more information/conformation on the options on my car)
