Restorer Volume 2 #4 Spring 1976 - the Editor John Amgwert wrote an article titled "NCRS Judging Changes". It outlines the Board of Directors Judging changes to the Judging system and announces new award classifications; Top Flight, 2nd Flight etc. It doesn't say why the awards were named Flight. The article does use the term "Flight ranking". Just a bit of NCRS history. Gary....
