Re: crankcase ventilator
I don't know of any filter that was ever used in connection with the crankcase ventilator tube or crankcase ventilation system on a 1965.
There is nothing inside the orifice in the block. However, there is a crankcase ventilator oil separator mounted in the lifter valley and to which the ventilator tube effectively connects. In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top

Re: crankcase ventilator
Here's the oil separator can in the lifter valley - it just has a couple of baffles inside it; as Joe noted, there are no filters of any kind in the crankcase vent hole in the block or in the adapter tube that connects to the air cleaner base.
