This warranty book would be judged in the glove comp. contents area. Few judges take the time to READ the info. in the book or the reversed lettering on the POP. Other wise this could be valuable to a 70 owner. I have 5 top flight awards for my car with a (no deduct's) 71 warranty book and POP for somebody elses car.
The new book on POP's by the NCRS is ready to go to press. I'm sure that these items will get a closer look in the future.

I always check the VIN to see that it matches the car.

Since the entire glove box contents are only worth a few points, you can choose to pay a LOT of $$$ for original Corvette pieces or restamps, or do exactly as you did and find some nice condition pieces from an Impala. Technically, the warranty pamphlet is identical as is the protecto plate BLANK, so you should only lose out on the stamping part. I purchased a FIRST design warranty book for a 1969 Impala in perfect condition with plate for $20 on e-bay 2 years ago. At that time, a "Corvette" piece with restamped protecto plate from a vendor at the Orlando show would have been nearly $1000. Saved over $900 for about 1 point loss!
