Warranty Manual Question

I recently bought an "Original Corvette P.O.P Manual" from ebay. The seller showed two views of the manual that showed sections that were left blank. It arrived today and I saw that the back page (not shown on ebay) has a serial number on it, written in ink, from a station wagon!

Does this thing have any value whatsoever for judging purposes?

The Ad says Chevrolet/ Corvette and is original. The numbers on the back written in by hand are for a Chevrolet and should have been in the pictures but may not be much of a problem if judged. I have seen much worse on E-Bay.I do not kow the seller.
