Re: 2x Price Increase for Al Knoch Seat Covers

I had a problem with an Al Knoch product and could not get it resolved over the phone. No one would return my calls or e-mails. I saw Al in person at Kissimmee and explained to him what the problem was and in 2 weeks I had the new product. I geuss the moral of this story is go to the top as soon as you get the chance. In my case it took a year to get to the top!

Re: 2x Price Increase for Al Knoch Seat Covers

Tom, I agree with you about Al talking care of problems. I mean where would this hobby be without the likes of Al Knoch??? He is a legend to us and greatly admired. He is the back bone and draw of many of he big shows. To watch his guys put a convertible top on and or recover a bunch of seats is itself a reason to go to the shows.
Years ago when I traveled the entire flea market circuit I attended a vendors meeting at an old BG show. When AL showed up for the meeting all the vendors clapped. He is a class act. And he never gives up. I mean you would have thought he would have retired by now but he and his crew beat the trails and are in this business big time .I don't typically talk about the vendors or recommend one over the other as its unethical for me to do so. But I just felt like saying something. Take care, John D.
