        Unfortunately, it's all but impossible to accurately evaluate a stamp pad that has paint on it.

                    Stephen, Broach marks are the kicker as far as the pads go. If the broach marks are suspicious then the rest of the pad is questionable. As far as your characters go though they look pretty nice. Clean it off and have Al Grenning look at it. John D.

                      Stephen, Broach marks are the kicker as far as the pads go. If the broach marks are suspicious then the rest of the pad is questionable. As far as your characters go though they look pretty nice. Clean it off and have Al Grenning look at it. John D.

                        I used to own S15780 an L79 Coupe. It's Engine stamp date was 0329HT. So the date on yours looks to be in line.
