What is the recommended best coolant to use for my 1967 small block?

50/50 mix of Zerex G05 and distilled water.

Ira, this similar thread is so recent it is still on the first page of threads.. You could find it by using the search box above with your key words 1967 Coolant.. The magic stuff is Zerex G05, not Z (G)06 like I identified it.
