Is there a diagram somewhere that shows the location of the 3 1/4 x 1 1/4 ribbed rubber frame pads on a 1954 Corvette? Thanks.

Tim,
Don't know your circumstances. Always best to take lots of photos during a disassembly.
The 53-5 AIM is very crude compared to the 56-7 AIM. Did not find any pages in the 53-5 AIM that referred to the underbody shims.
Below is an excerpt from the 56-7 AIM that shows the underbody shims.
Found in '57, often there was more than 1 shim stacked ontop of another.
Good luck,
Gary

I place the ribbed pads anywhere the floor pan is close enough to the frame to cause noise. doubt the judges will have a problem with pads anywhere u locate them.the sole purpose of the pads was to prevent the fiberglass floor pan from making contact with the metal frame. mike- Top

Couple of pictures of C1 chassis. First one is from Jeff and the second one from John Hinckley (RIP).
Jeff's picture shows five shims (he's sitting on the sixth) and John's picture shows a restored chassis with the shims in the same place they were prior to restoration.
Chris Sherman has some terrific pictures of '53 - '55 chassis with the ribbed shims...can't find them at the moment. You might try contacting him through this Forum...he's a member.
