    Tony,
The link below has the data I used - the locations of the pins are for the contact person for the Chapter.

The EXCEL file can easily be modified to put the pin where you want it...I have no way of correctly identifying where they all should be other than what's on the NCRS page.

I also don't know how many "free runs" I'm going to get at this...

        Dave,

If you give me the city and state that should be assigned to each Chapter (for purposes of creating your map), I can dress up the Excel file and try to run it again if what you see above is close to what you were thinking you wanted.

        lemme know
        thx,
        Mark

I should have noticed this post earlier, but I didn't.

When a member goes to the Join Chapter page on the National site they are directed to the closest chapter to their postal code. Years ago, I went through all of the chapters and the areas they cover based on postal codes. The chapter selection box is filled with the closest chapter, but there is a small down arrow that will allow the member to choose from any current chapter if they wish.

I used the first three digits of each postal code to map out chapter areas. Many just cover a state such as the Texas Chapter but others especially in the northeast overlap.

The query looks like this for the Adirondack Chapter.

(zipcode LIKE '052%' OR zipcode LIKE '109%' OR zipcode LIKE '119%' OR zipcode LIKE '120%' OR zipcode LIKE '121%' OR zipcode LIKE '122%' OR zipcode LIKE '123%' OR zipcode LIKE '124%' OR zipcode LIKE '128%' OR zipcode LIKE '130%' OR zipcode LIKE '131%' OR zipcode LIKE '132%' OR zipcode LIKE '133%' OR zipcode LIKE '134%' OR zipcode LIKE '135%' OR zipcode LIKE '136%' OR zipcode LIKE '137%' OR zipcode LIKE '138%' OR zipcode LIKE '139%') AND country_id = '0'
