Driveline will not download, just hangs on a blank tab.

I did everything the same as I always do, can't figure it out...if anyone absolutely NEEDS TO DOWNLOAD A HARD COPY, send me an email, NOT a private message on this board.

I just tried it in 3 different browsers, Chrome, Firefox and Brave...both with and without my VPN connected, none worked...I can't figure it out.

Just opened it, as usual. I use Chrome as my, default, browser.

It's not the opening. At the bottom of the screen right side there is an arrow to download the entire document to your computer. That is what is failing.

I am sorry, I can't duplicate the problem as it downloads fine for me. You do need to check the box to download the entire document and not just the first page.

I just tried downloading the entire document. It opens a new blank tab and that is all it does. The Driveline never downloads. This was done in Chrome.

                        Dennis,

Check your downloads folder to see if it did download. When it downloads there is usually a small icon in the top right of your browser Chromes shows a down arrow with a line under it . The page would be blank since you downloaded it and your not viewing a page. In Edge it opened up with the Driveline in the browser with a link to save it to my computer.

It successfully downloaded the entire publication on my MacBook Air (Sequoia 15.0.1) using Firefox (131.0.3).

What device & operating system are you using?

                            Hi John,

I did check and nothing downloaded. I tried several times, the screen just sits there with an empty new browser window.

Dennis- I had similar issues, but finally got the download working.
The issue might be a CACHE problem within our browsers (remembering 'older' info/attempts).

Try the following to clear the CACHE from the DRIVELINE page... if it doesn't work, the process won't cause any harm:
                              1) Hold down the SHIFT key on your keyboard.
                              2) While that key is still depressed, use your mouse to click the REFRESH button (clearing the CACHE).
                              3) After the page fully RELOADS, try the DOWNLOAD process again.
(it won't hurt to REPEAT the process a couple times)
(an alternate method is holding down the SHIFT key, then tap the upper row F5 key - if available on your keyboard)

In case you are unfamiliar with the REFRESH button, look for the button noted below... different browsers may change locations:
