One Process: First to extrude, secondary to form if required, third step cure

Not mold release
Compounding
Likely uncured components

You got bad ones, however less likely rad and heater at same time, depends on where you got them

Replace them

rubber hoses don’t have mold release

Just the facts

They are extruded

Glycol the same stuff you’ll put in them is use to put them on mandrels and form them

The bloom you have is ntfp

I have hoses from 1966, they aren’t blooming

Yes some hoses are blooming now and removing that has to be done carefully so as to not wipe out stripes and stamped part numbers

no mold release

What do you mean by blooming?
