Is it possible? Are there any known/recommended places/folks who do this. Attached is pic of one of mine. some holes are elongated and the piece (special washer?) that keeps the two parts in tension is very loose.

Given that a set of new Made-in-USA reproductions with shims and bolts is $80 or less, I doubt that there is any value in restoring these.
You might be able to disassemble the pivot pin, have them replated, and then reassemble with parts stolen from the reproductions if you REALLY wanted the original pieces on the car.Vice-Chairman (West), Michigan Chapter NCRS
