I need the torques specs for all of the body bolts for a 66 convt.

Have you checked your AIM sheets UPS 1 ASM G2 & G3, and UPC 11-13 A5?

Yes but they give 2 different spec's. I just wanted to double check

I think all the body mounts with cushions are consistent at 40-50 ft-lbs. No?

The one at the radiator core support is lower, but it has no rubber cushion. Just use what the AIM says to use.
