I can't get access to the car right now.

Anyone have measurements as to where to drill the holes in a coupe door to install the 63 short-base mirror bracket?

This is what I got of my 63 Coupe. Any comments. Thanks.

The existing holes in the door skin are from a long base mirror. I need to mount the short base mirror mounting bracket on the inside.

Harry, will the metal reinforcement for short base give you the correct hole location if you mount it? Or are you just trying to drill through the old plate?

Ed, it's an NOS early 1963 door skin with pre-drilled holes for the long base mirror. I need to fill & drill for the short base inside mounting bracket.

What if you buy the inside short base mounting plate. and use for a template?
