1958 fan motor - only one speed works

    Need help...working on a '58.
The fan motor only works on one speed.
Could it be the control switch since the motor only has one hot wire connecting it?
    Thanks, Dan

Check the Resistor on the back side of the switch

      Jimmy,
Are you saying to check connections or to test the resistor? (is there a testing method you recommend?)
      Thanks, Dan
