I have a Holley carburetor I'm researching and was wondering what the NCRS point deduction would be for incorrect date assuming everything else was correct. I did see an older post by John Hinkley (16 years ago) referencing a 20% deduction (about 3 points) for a carb date question.
1970 Corvette LT-1 350 / 370HP / S/T
GM # 3972121
List # 4555
Date # 3262
Pri Metering Block - 6333 / 4555
Sec Metering Block - 4519 / 4555
Date code based on the Holley website would lead me to December 1982 or 1992. The 1970-1975 Chevrolet by the Numbers book states "2" is 1972 (page 129).
Regardless of the above dates, this appears to be a correct over the counter service replacement carburetor for a 1970 Corvette LT-1 350 / 370HP / S/T
Thanks
Dennis
