Blemish. A cosmetic fault not effecting safe function.

Not seen on a new car. Would sell at discount from a tire store.

Growing up, it was “good used” tires for me, I couldn’t afford recaps or BLEM.

If tires are old, you may not find a store that will mount them (at least with a receipt for services rendered).
