Pat 1994 LT1 vin #00152. Build date 7/93 Appears to be original, but I was not the only owner.

L.ooks like there is more than one possible air filter put on at the factory in early 94 and who knows for sure when else. As I have been told many times over, it was a assembly line and often they installed whatever was available that week.
Mabie judges should put a dot or something and a note on score sheet VS deduction originality points ? I just found a lightly used filter on Ebay, perfect per JG, but showing SOME use. So I get 100% originality and lose a few condition points---- ? Or use the properly dated and number REPLACEMENT filter and get 100% condition points and take my chances on originality ???

Dave, thanks for the information. Your AC SPARKPLUG Air Filter comes just at the changeover point to the AC ROCHESTER Air Filter. It is really helpful in establishing a data base. Is this for your Copper Corvette? Looks good to me, but I am only a non-authorized approval person.

Pat, that pic is from the Copper94
It also has the 1993 double hump air filter lid.
Tom has that info about the break in the lid changeover from the two humps to the louvers in 1994 production year.

This is the filter on my 95ZR1 vin 427. Car has 69 original miles. My interpretation of the date is 1995, March 01, day shift. Is that correct? Thank you in advance. 1995 ZR1 air filter.jpg
