    Mike,

my 69 L46 is a June 69 car. pics are from the seat bolts. Although I can't 100% confirm they were original, I have 8 that I took off the car and they are all the same. And they fit. Head stamp of B&H and they are 1" long from end to end, with incorporated washer.

      Mike,
I have the same exact bolts as Rich pictured from my Nov 69. As has been mentioned, the front mounting feet sit directly on the fiberglass floor and the length of the bolt is long enough to protrude thru the nut by a few threads. Your pics would help us all understand your problem. Don

If I remember correctly one of my 4 bolts was pointy (drivers rear on door side) on the others were flat. December’68 car.
