I expect that other line items which are body color would also be affected with the "F" portion of CDCIF.
Ex: Cowl and Grilles; Headlight Housing; Body Jambs (Interior section) and perhaps others.
It seems doubtful that a judge could give full Finish credit to any item which should match the body color listed on the Trim Tag, but does not.
So that likely would result in additional point deductions beyond the 170 for Body Color and Body Paint.
Check the Judging Reference Manual (the full book, not the laminated cheat sheet). I believe there is advice for cars with color not matching trim tag. I don't have my JRM here at work, but I am pretty sure there is something in there about this circumstance.

If you had a green car with yellow pop-ups you would take that deduction under color. I believe you should only take a deduction for the same issue one time.

ex #2: Rubber bumper car with owner added pin stripes to include pin stripes on bumpers. Take stripe Paint deduction once, don't take same deduction again when judging bumpers.

You take the hit on the bumpers again as it's a different line item and it's Finish.

If the pin stripes were ONLY on those rubber bumpers, then Paint would have no deduction - with deduction only on bumpers? Don't think so.

You might want to talk with National Team Lead. I've had this issue come up at Regional/National event and it was deduct only once for the same issue.

Different team leads may give different directions, but that has been my experience.

Using that logic, if there were no pin stripes on the body, but there were pin stripes on the chrome bumpers then there is a 100% deduction on paint.

Rubber bumpers are part of the body, chrome bumpers are not.

The OP has a 63, how did we get on rubber bumpers?

Just an example of NOT taking a deduction for the same thing twice.

Excellent, have fun, it will provide lots of information and learning for you. Good luck, whatever the deduction for the color change is, my opinion on that was based on somewhat foggy memories of a judging retreat question, so it may be incorrect.
