      Flt: 54,58,59,63,65,67,71,82
      PV: 67,70,72,79,95,03

Yes, our car count up to this point is definitely below what we had anticipated, but I have been told by at least 5 other members that cars are being readied and will be entered in time. We are reaching out to chapters and individuals to see if we can improve our count, but for now this is it.

We can assure you this meet is happening and to date we have 84 registrations with over 120 members attending the Welcome Reception, which will be held at the Hilton Airport and will be another spectacular catered event with a Louisiana specialty of boiled shrimp, a non seafood entree, dessert and tea and sodas. Our bus trip into the French Quarter on Friday night only has a couple seats left and our awards banquet will be another tasty event not to be missed. We have made every effort to bring the members to our Regional and they have responded in kind and I can only hope that we get more cars before our deadline. Any questions can be directed to me as Show Chairman or Maxie as Judging Chairman
      Cindy,

Thank you for the update, see you soon.

        C6 Unofficial test judging opportunity!!!

We are looking for up to 3 cars to examine and do actual test judging. The goal is to run through all 5 sections of NCRS Judging. We will use draft manuals and score sheets.

There will be no ribbons or award certificates given at this event.

These exercises are essential for the team to gather as much information as possible for inclusion in the TIMJG. We need to look at numerous cars produced during the model year, so we can detect running changes. Then it is documented in the TIMJG.

If you have a 2005 to 2007 Corvette and are interested in assisting, please reach out to me with a little information about your car.

        Thank You!

I was thinking about attending but just called the motel and it sold out for that weekend.

            Gary,

If the Hilon Airport is full try the Hilton Garden Inn next door to the Ponchartrain Center it's not the host hotel but you should be able to get a room.

Hilton Garden is closed for renovations, that was originally the host hotel, but was moved to the Hilton because they couldn't commit to finishing the renovations by our dates. And I just tried to book The Hilton and used the group code NCRS and rooms were available.

Oh, I didn't know the Garden Inn was closed and not habitable, I thought it just wasn't repaired enough for the events and to be the host hotel.

                  Vinnie,

Thank you, Thank you! I just book a room using the promotion code. Last night I had fail to put the promotion code in. Good to go now. It will be a good little road trip.

We may not be the biggest Regional or have the most cars, but I can attest to the fact that we working as hard as we can to make sure this meet is a success in all ways possible. Glad you are registered and thank you for your support of our chapter.

First time to New Orleans, airline tickets are booked. Looks like a 15 minute drive from the Hilton Airport Inn. Will there be a shuttle to the event, or what do you suggest? Uber/Lyft, or rent a car?

I checked uber, about $15 to $20 depending on time of day. Better than a rental car
