Mike,

There is a free shuttle from the Hilton Airport on Airline Drive back and forth to the airport. If that is where you are staying. Make sure you are at that hotel and not the Hilton Garden Inn on Williams Blvd. The hotel is literally right behind the airport. 15 minutes may be waiting time or long traffic lines, not sure why it is that time.

The bus is full but anyone that wants to go in their own car or rental can follow the bus to the parking lot and use that paid parking area that is lighted and secured or you can uber to the French Quarter. I suggest everyone google the area and check out restaurants or bars that they may want to visit. The mask mandate has been lifted as of now and soon everything will be back to normal, and hoping against hope it stays that way.

Any updates on the requirement for proof of shots to be admitted into the sit-down restaurants?

Not yet, but the consensus is they will be lifted any day now. They are in charge, not us!! Will keep updating and as soon as we have more info, will let you know about restaurants and restrictions.

FYI The Ponchartrain Center where the event will be held will have secured parking starting on Wednesday April 6 at noon thru Sunday April 10 at noon.
