Dave, I bought the car about 2 months ago, I have owners manual no service manual, I'll try and see if I can find one online. If I can get the info I will let you know.

Dave, I downloaded the 95 service manual. no such section or vacuum ports. there is no 1B-12hvac , maybe its a different year vette service manual, thsat you are referring to. but its not in the 1995 service manual or the owners manual. I looked at every page.

The vacuum plug into that unit is going to look something like image below.
