looking for wiper vacuum tee

This is for my 69 but I'm sure other C3 years are the same. Vacuum Tee located near the master cylinder and wiper door vacuum relay. Looks like 1/4 x 1/8 x 1/4.

If you find one, send me the old damaged one.
I will get it drawn up to see how well it can be printed up.
Then send it back.
It's plastic, shouldn't be an issue.

I've already superglued it together just in case I can not find another one. If/when I do, I'll send it to you. Can you also to the Y fitting for the washer pump hoses to the anti drip valve?

My '72 uses one of these on the far passenger side of the firewall for the climate control system - at least I believe it's the same fitting. The only replacement I've found is Doc Rebuild but he's been down since the Covid thing started.
