Not sure the 460HP is enough, I will look into the 760 torque one, but I dislike hybrids and V6s. I am a V8 gasoline engine guy, and having 700 HP the last 5 years has spoiled me somewhat.

For towing, 760 lbs-ft of turbocharged torque beats 700 normally aspirated HP, especially at 7,000 feet.

And if you go back aways - Ford set the world on fire in 1932 with the revolutionary Flathead Ford V8!

Here's mine in my 35 Coupe albeit supercharged with period correct Blower!

I have to confess as well I'm a blue oval guy at heart, after buying my first car, a 71 Torino. It was lost in a wreck years ago but I still have my second car a 69 FB mustang. A few years ago I had this Boss 572 built for it. I only own a corvette because a close friend while I was growing up passed away tragically in his early 20's and he owned and loved the 69 L-46 I've been restoring now for nearly 15 years. I also bought from his father the two 69 AMXs he owned and will be restoring those when I'm done with the vette.
