I see 5 straps called out in the aim so two questions. Are they supposed to be 5" or 7" ? And I correct that there are only 5? Thanks!

Re: '72 T-strap for vacuum lines
I had nothing and bought 4-7" straps and put them on, they seemed long to me. I have a NOS 5" strap and it seems better suited for the task, the 7" strap seems real long at the booster. At the headlight actuators they're kind of hidden from view. The vendors list both as being used for 68-82 vettes so I'm unsure.- Top

Tom, These are original. I did not measure them, but you should be able to figure it out from the length of the tail.

Re: '72 T-strap for vacuum lines
Was just googling around the part number called out in the AIM, 4778650. Comes up as a variety of GM parts but one vendor did note that this particular strap is in fact 7" long as shown in Jacks and Leonards pics. My only question would be about Edwards comment about the "1 short the short one Is under the front middle". (Corvette comments only) I'm Ok with that especially since I have 4- 7" straps and 1- 5" on hand. The AIM calls out the 7448650 strap for all 5.
