What is the height difference between the 1960 Chevrolet passenger WCFB and that of a 1960 Corvette. I'm told that the carb for the Corvette was different by a shorter base

Hi Greg
The single four barrel base is thicker than the dual four base. If you have them in your hands it is very noticeable. I do not have the measurements but when I got my car, the rear carburetor had a single four barrel base and sat higher. You can see the difference. The intake manifold mounting surface is higher by a very small amount but not as much as the difference in the photo of the carbs before they were restored to with both having thin bases.
Somewhere I have the part numbers for both. They are cast into the bases. Contact me.
