Your picture is not a mid year speedo but shows the 68 up style.

That would be great. I sent you a PM on the Corvette Forum side of things on exactly that with all of my personal information. I would suspect that the bracket would work just fine on a 67 gauge cluster and I would be willing to give it a try. I am good at some things but my metal fabrication skills are pretty weak. Thanks for putting it out there as I had never seen the post or development of the bracket by the other Forum member you speak of.

I would do most anything to avoid breaking the plastic odometer gear and having to pull the gauge cluster out to replace it. I will be sure to let you know if it works out for the peace of mind to those with 65-67 cars.

As you can see in the video in that ad, my clutch pedal is all catywump sideways so I have to pull my cluster anyway in the 63 because the clutch pedal weld broke at the top at the pedal bracket (this'll be the second time)...last time I fixed I had the whole dash out adding Vintage Air A/C. I'm not sure you can move the cross shaft to the left enough to get it out of the pedal bracket without taking a lot of stuff apart - a big PITA.
