    Mike, did you happen to notice the PVC hose brace on the driver side of the intake manifold, was it black or orange? I see you live in MD as I do. And also have a 66 L36.

        Hi Greg,

        My '66 L36 intake and carb were changed to aftermarket racing parts when I bought the car back in '88. I'm researching the PVC hose brace myself. I bought a Paragon repro but not worth mentioning here. Maybe someone with an original setup would post what their car has to help answer this question. I'd really like to know too.

        Excellent to hear of another L36 owner in Maryland. Hopefully we're not too far apart. I work here in Miami then commute home to see the wife and cars once a month. I'll send you an email through this site and give you my contact info.
