Okay, the gas tank I have has solid gasoline from sitting. I read that baking soda, vinegar and water will dissolve this mess. OR should I just toss it and buy a new one?

If you really want to keep it then I would remove the sender after you get the dried gas soft and use a pressure washer, and cover it so the crap doesn't come out on the paint, Then blow the gas lines out from the front. The old crap would have a large place to come out.

Thanks. I tank will be coming out anyway and the gas lines will be replaced also.
